Work experience
He enters the National Judicial Branch in 1988 having previously held positions in Court No. 6, Room II of the Criminal and Correctional Court, in the Oral Court in Criminal Matters No. 1 and in the Oral Prosecutors’ Office in Criminal Matters No. 23 in the Federal Capital. He held the position of Clerk Assistant.
At the beginning of 1998 he resigned and left his state position to practice law and work as criminal lawyer in the private field together with Mr. Pablo Noceti. In 2000 he entered the law firm “FIGUEROA & ASOCIADOS”. In 2003, he organized the law firm “FIGUEROA, FENZEL & SEOANE” as associate.
In January 2011, together with Mr. Pablo Noceti he organized a new law firm named “NOCETI & SEOANE – ATTORNEYS AT LAW” Since September 2012, he is part of “FERNANDEZ ALONSO & RICHARDS – ATTORNEYS AT LAW”.
Academic activity
He participated in several courses of criminal law, particularly related to economic crimes.
He wrote several articles on such matter.
