Work experience
He enters Buenos Aires Judicial Branch (Judicial District of San Isidro) in 1998 as assistant officer at Criminal Court No. 9. Then, he is promoted to Public Defender Office No. 3 where he is appointed Alternate Clerk in 2000. In 2003 he was appointed Clerk of the General Public Defender Office (Criminal Enforcement Area) and he held such position until his resignation in 2005.
In December 2005 he entered “DURRIEU ABOGADOS” law firm and in 2009 he entered “FERNANDEZ ALONSO, BECCAR VARELA & RICHARDS. ATTORNEYS AT LAW”.
Academic activity
PhD student in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciencies, Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona obtaining the degree Diploma de Suficiencia Investigadora (DEA) in 2007. He attended post graduate courses in 2002/2003 obtaining the degree of “Lawyer Specialized in Criminal Matters” at Universidad Austral, School of Law. He graduated with honors for his final thesis which was published in Revista Ciencias Penales Contemporáneas (2005).
He wrote several articles on Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law and he worked as assistant professor in the course on Criminal Law in the Post graduate course on High Technology, UCA (2006-2007) and in the Master on Business Law at ESEADE (2007) SEITÚN, Diego Ignacio.
